Aurora

Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Norway. She was born in Stavanger on June 15th, 1996. She is professionally referred to as Aurora. Her name can be spelled by the name AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is a May 2015 release by Decca Records. It has received high praise from the music press and bloggers. The singer has released a number of high-profile cover songs, including Half the World Away (by Oasis), from the group Oasis) to accompany John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole) that are widely loved. Katy Perry posted a video in which she endorsed Runaway. The endorsement earned her some attention. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was finding a keyboard within her loft and being intrigued by its sounds. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. They encouraged her not to play music only to have fun or as a means of growth but rather, she must take it seriously. Her parents inspired her to write. Bjork as well as Leonard Cohen are among her favorite composers. When her mother informed her that her music could not only help her gain fame, however, they could also help others understand their value in the world and realize what can be done with the songs She decided to start playing in front of the public. Piano was her first instrument at the age of six, and she started making music at the age of nine. The family did not be aware of this until she reached the age of 14. Aurora was not a goal. The singer claims she is a fan of writing songs. She believes that music is the only way to feel anything.
